Character's Full Name: Rose Emmeline Weasley
Age eighteen
Year alumni
House: Gryffindor alumni
Job Receptionist Temp at the Ministry of Magic
Blood Line: halfblood
{ THE LOOKS .
what you look like.
what you look like.
Hair: Rose's hair fluctuates between a dark brown with reddish tint to light brown with a reddish/blond shade. Long with a wispy wave to it, Rose takes to changing her hair at least every six months or so.
Eyes: Rose has blue-gray eyes that are probably her most expressive feature.
Skin: She has a pale olive complexion which is darker than her father's but lighter than her mother's complexions.
General Appearance [Two Paragrahs]:
Rose is a perfect mixture of both of her parents. With Ron's height and her mother's slender frame, she appears as any delicate Weasley woman would. She inherited her father's lanky limbs, yet in respect to her equally proportional torso, she doesn't appeal as gangly in the least. Rather, she seems quite proportionate. Her hands are average in size, with long delicate fingers her mother would describe as a pianist's fingers. Her feet, however were larger in comparison to other girls of her age, finally settling in an eight and a half size shoe. This would be a very self conscious area concerning Rose.
Rose's face is where the mixture of both Ron and Hermione is most commonly seen. Despite her thin, yet muscular body, Rose's face is more rounded like her father's with her mother's slender nose. Her well kept, curved eyebrows lead way to her her intense blue eyes, a feature she received from neither parent. Her eyes, blue-gray in color most days are one of her favorite attributes as they are the windows to the soul. Rose can make them convey any emotion she wishes, and can send messages whether mysterious and flirtatious, or cold and angry to anyone she peers over to. Crowning off the masterpiece is a thousand-watt smile, with plump yet thinner lips and pearly white teeth. Along with her eyes, Rose takes great pride in her dark red, nearly brown hair. It has a gentle wave, taking after her mother slightly, but is thick and reddish in color after her father. Having grown it out well past her shoulders, Rose counts it as one of her finest features.
Rose takes great pride in her athletic, strong build. Usually doing a workout once a day to build core strength and tone up her body, Rose always seems perfectly fit, though it would be an overstatement to say so. Her clothing choices vary from day to day and mood to mood. She ranges from fun and fancy free with a slight touch of revealing, to lazy and baggy sweat clad. Each outfit seems to speak to her personality choice of the day, yet somehow she can pull off as looking slightly attractive.

Patronus: Rose's favorite memory is of her her first trip on a sailboat where her relaxed/lazy side fully emerged. Her patronus is an amur tiger.
Mirror of Erised: Finding some peace in life and gaining some acceptance.
Personality [Atleast two paragraphs]:
Without her mother's subtle intuitions, or her father's quirky and sometimes dimwitted ways, Rose Weasley is confident, secure in herself and incredibly outgoing. Sometimes, its as if she has no stopping force at all. Rose will try anything once, no matter if its muggle or magical, dangerous or safe. With a strong sense of self, she can do no wrong, at least in her eyes. Rose is always quick with a fact, witticism or sarcastic joke. Along with her never ceasing mouth and nonexistent filter of word vomit, Rose also has trouble with telling lies, especially to her parents in an extra effort to preserve their standards.
Rose is very family oriented, even if she doesn't always get along with them. Everyones families embarrass them from time to time, and everyone gets agitated, but that never means Rose wouldn't lay down her life to protect her little brother, a cousin or another family member. Her strong will sometimes causes her to see things in black and white, and she usually needs help deciphering the gray areas by friends and family. Despite this, Rose has her family flaws. As the oldest child, she feels a sense of responsibility that is sometimes too much. As the oldest, she strives constantly to not only please her parents, but to pull against them at the same time, just her typical teenage rebellion pushing through.
When she was in school, Rose is mysterious and whimsical at the same time. She takes time to observe and take things in yet at the same time can't help but put herself in the spotlight. Her personality is quite diverse, and often hard for her friends and family to keep up with, but to Rose her world is a whirlwind of fun, laughter and adventure. In line with being a Ravenclaw, Rose did inherit her mother's smarts, and with them an incessant need to be right all the time. Rose is a helpless flirt who loves the boys and loves even more to make her father and male cousins nervous about her habits. Rose's emotions can be tricky to pinpoint as well. She often internalizes everything to the point where her emotions all come spilling out in one sitting, overwhelming herself and anyone who may be around. To solidify this, she writes in order to release some of her anxieties and emotions. After school, Rose continued her lazy-esque ways with an eccentricity that leaves people either confused, annoyed or absolutely in love with her.
Good Traits [Atleast two sentances]:
Rose has an outspokenness about her that helps her indulge in an outgoing lifestyle. She has a strong value of right and wrong, and is a quick study at most anything she endeavors.
Bad Traits [Atleast two sentances]:
Because of her strong sense of right and wrong, Rose has a tendency to only see things in black and white. This leads to the overlooking of gray areas and a rather harsh look at reality for Rose and the people around her. Rose also bottles her emotions, which leads her to erupting later on in life. Rose is also carefree in the workplace which leads to tasks never being completed.

Family History: [About a Paragraph]
Ron and Hermione initially disliked each other in the beginning of their meetings. Midway through their first year, Ron and Harry Potter, Rose's uncle, saved Hermione's life from a troll, in which they all began to be friends. Many years of adventures and fighting the Dark Lord, Ron and Hermione finally initiated a more than friends relationship in their seventh year. The relationship only intensified as together, along with Harry, they led a fight against the Dark Lord. It would be only a few short years later that the couple married and began their families.
Personal History [Minimum 2 paragraphs]:
Rose Emmeline Weasley was the first child of Ron and Hermione Weasley. Though the first born within the small nuclear family, Rose was far from the first grandchild in the Weasley clan. Thus forever marking her role as a middle child overall in the family. As a baby, she was a sweet girl, responsive and observant. For the first few months of life, Rose would scream her tiny little lungs out if anyone but her mother held her, and when her cognitive skills began to kick in, she became a full fledged Daddy's Girl. Growing up, Rose spent a lot of time at relatives homes and playing with her cousins. Even at as young an age as five, Hermione and Ron could begin to see a difference in their daughter compared to the other kids. Always quick to take the spotlight, or assert herself in a leading position on playgrounds. Rose would cause trouble at home, or relatives' homes, breaking things or climbing on furniture or bookshelves. Taking needless risks that would seem outlandish to other elementary school aged kids. The rest of the family saw this as a cry for attention for the young girl amid a ton of cousins, but her parents seemed to think different. Thus the long legacy of Rose Evangeline Weasley was born.
At the tender age of ten, Rose received her induction letter to Hogwarts, and it was safe to say her parents were thrilled, though it was little surprise their brilliant daughter would be accepted. And brilliant she was. Rose broke tradition of the Weasley clan when she was sorted into Ravenclaw, but the suit fit her well. Highly intelligent, witty and clever were three words that fit Rose. With her outgoing nature, she made friends quickly, and not just within her own year. Rose's first few years at Hogwarts she spent diligently working on school work along with getting herself into a tight spot every now and then. She was finally separated from the Weasley and Potter pack, thus giving her the ability to branch out on her own and discover who she was. Although a few of her cousins slipped through into the Ravenclaw House, Rose was always able to make her own way.
In her third year, Rose began her inevitable endeavor of boy crushes and flirting. This behavior only increased the older she became, as did the tension between her and her parents, and her lying. A quick lie was always easier than a brutal truth, at least in Rose's book, though she rarely told lies to anyone but her parents. Often times they were colorful and witty, just for fun. In her fourth year, Rose began dating which led to an increase in her journaling, and an increase in interest in the young Weasley girl. Sometimes, to annoy her male cousins, she would even openly flaunt and flirt with other boys in the Great Hall, often times just to see their expressions. Rose is always ready for an adventure, or to try new things. Dares are a weakness in that once she is dared to try something, Rose cannot back down. This was how she ended up in the Hospital wing after downing an entire box of Nosebleed Nougats from Weasley's Wizard Wheezes.
By the time she graduated from Hogwarts, Rose's rebellious and reckless ways were in full swing. Gaining a temp job as a receptionist for the Ministry of Magic, Rose still refuses to accept her full potential. She rather chooses to party with friends and go through a never ending slew of boyfriends. After her father's death, Rose seriously spun a spiral of uncontrollable recklessness that is still just beginning to unravel.

Role Playing Example [Minimum 2 detailed paragraphs]:
From Atrum Vox, another HP roleplaying site.
The summer had made all of England nearly unbearable with a heat wave nearly every other weekend. Liora thought it was very possible she could die between the heat and her never ending imprisonment with her mother. Deann wasn't all bad, and too her credit, she loved her daughter very much. Her ex-husband however, he she held in contempt and probably would until the day she died. Liora was excited as hell when she was granted a reprieve from the deafening house of hatred towards Giles Anson, and the first chance she got, she walked as quickly as possible towards Hogsmeade Village.
Liora frequented this place, enjoying the wizard life and the odd little tidbits you'd glance. Wizards and Witches were always thinking up new and exciting tricks and spells and devices, and the world was incredibly intriguing. Even for one with such an artistic soul as Liora had. The world was filled with wonderment, not just the walls of magic. It seemed as if her whole life had been defined before she even arrived in the world. A smart girl with a courageous spirit, landing herself in either Slytherin or Ravenclaw like her parents before her. A legacy of Deann and Giles whose only purpose was to fill her parents with pride and honor. Those dreams were quickly dashed the day she was sorted a Gryffindor and exacerbated her parents even further. Though it was never her intention to hurt anyone, or show them up. Liora was who she was, despite her parents' influences.
Walking up to the crooked path leading away from the village and towards the ever haunted shrieking shack, Liora let a smile form across her face. How often she loved to visit this place, listening to the wind howl through the dilapidated old structure people called haunted. Though skeptical of this particular buildings haunting, it was hard not to believe in ghosts and poltergeists when you had so many of them drifting the corridors of Hogwarts. But the shack...she'd never seen anyone go in or out, never heard of any prior inhabitants. What cause did it have to be haunted? But still, people believed which was all the better for her, she supposed. Liora would come here when she needed to think, to be alone or just to enjoy the warm breezes of summer. Climbing on top of a large boulder, Liora brushed her hair away from her shoulders, revealing the pale skin underneath her strapless blue sun dress. Leaning backwards on her flattened palms against the rock's surface, her head tilted upwards, glancing at the treetops and memorizing the beams of light allowed to puncture through. It was peaceful.

Why You Think You'd Role Play as This Character Well:
I currently play Rose on another HP site, but I enjoy rping, as well as having been doing so for nearly eight years. I enjoy plots and subplots and creative twists and turns despite the good or bad in it for my own character. Real is real, you know?
