General Appearance [Two Paragrahs]:
Chaos normally has her hair cut short, but sometimes it’s long because she’s too lazy to do anything about it. She wears the same necklace a lot. This was a gift from Zachy.

Chaos is quite skinny, but she does has muscle. She is quite protective of almost everyone…including Slytherins…when they deserve it. She doesn’t usually wear make up, but she wears clothes that she thinks makes a statement and will get her seen. She’s not the “Show a lot of skin” kind of girl but the “I know how to be fashionable and cover up” kind of girl.

Chaos is bubbly is every sort of the word. She’s enthusiastic. Chaos loves meeting new people. She is an optimist; she thinks positively wherever she goes. But, she can also be sensitive enough to know, when it’s time to be crazy and when it’s not.

Chaos has been trusted with many secrets. Most people trust her with secrets they wouldn’t tell anyone else. Chaos is helpful. She helps old lady’s across the street and helps at the soup kitchen during the summer.

Chaos is brave. When in the face of danger she doesn’t hesitate, in the face of a boy…that’s different.

Family History: [About a Paragraph]
The Jacobz family is known for their ability to help most people in need. Most of the time, two people from the Ministry of magic would marry each other, ever since the ministry began. But, Marie and Darian broke that rule. Marie worked in Hogsmeade and Darian worked at the ministry. They fell in love and married.

Personal History [Minimum 2 paragraphs]:
Chaos was born on July 4th to Marie and Darian Jacobz. They named her Chaos because Independence Day is a chaotic day; a lot of people are trying to stay up to see the fireworks. Chaos grew up a normal child. Getting what she wanted came with being an only child. But, Chaos didn’t want to be known as a spoiled brat. She told her parents to stop getting her nice things, at least to only get them for her if needed, like on holidays.

When Chaos was eleven when she got her letter to Hogwarts. She was so happy to be there. In her third year she ran into Zachy Adams, who saved her from an incoming bluger that a Slytherin hit the wrong way. And that’s how their relationship started. For their one year anniversary Zachy got her a necklace.
