Monday had to be Kourtnee's least favorite day of the week. She always did so much during the weekends that she felt drained come Monday morning. This morning, was no different, as she woke up feeling hung over. She hadn't had any alcohol, but she typically felt this way Monday's.
Kourtnee's morning routine, normally consisted of a shower, followed by breakfast. She knew this was going to be a long day when she woke up later then usual. She decided to put the shower off until her first free period, something that she was unhappy about. Kourtnee quickly through on her robes, and put her messy hair up in a pony tail. After deciding that she was at least presentable, she had made her way down to the great hall.
She was surprised to find the great hall nearly deserted. She took her usual seat at the Hufflepuff table, and didn't see any of her friends yet. It was true that she was typically the first to come down for breakfast, but she had woken up later then usual. Kourtnee busied herself grabbing a bowl of cheerios and two slices of wheat toast. She began to eat her breakfast, not noticing that someone was joining her. |
